Obituary for Joan B. Poslusney (Jennings)
Joan B. Poslusney, 87, of Clearfield died on Monday, December 31, 2018 at her home.
She was born on May 26, 1931 in Olean, NY, a daughter of the late Milton Jennings and Arwilla Smeal Mullen.
Mrs. Poslusney was a homemaker and had attended St. John Lutheran Church, Clearfield.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald P. Poslusney whom she wed July 26, 1969 in Clearfield; five children, Cindy (Mann) Alford and husband Hank of Kingwood, TX; Deby (Mann) Kurtz and husband Larry of Porter, TX, Diane (Mann) Bath and husband Chris of Mechanicsburg, Cris Mann and wife Kim of State College, and Susan Poslusney of Clearfield; six grandchildren, Andy Rodi of Mechanicsburg, Heather (Alford) Basco of Lake Charles, LA; Brian Rodi and wife Erin of Wilmington, NC, Kasey Alford of Kingwood, TX, Jessica (Kurtz) Helmer and husband Justin of Kingwood, TX, and Alec Mann of Mechanicsburg; and four great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas Mann; a grandson, Ian Kurtz; and her in-laws, George and Helen Poslusney.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
